Brome Fair Vendor Applications

Brome Fair is always looking for new and unique exhibits that bring fresh products and experiences to our visitors. We welcome applications from both returning and new vendors.

Returning vendors are reviewed annually, and new applicants are selected based on the uniqueness of their product or service, the quality of their display, and overall fit with the Fair. Selection is competitive and subject to available space.

All vendor exhibits must remain open and fully staffed for all four days of the Fair.

Important Information

This application is for vendors interested in participating in Brome Fair only. For all other rentals or non-Fair events, please contact us by email.

Please allow approximately 10 – 15 minutes to complete this application.

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor selection is based on product diversity, space availability, and overall fit with the Fair.

Due to the high volume of applications, only selected vendors will be contacted.

If you have already submitted an application this year, it is being considered. Applicants can expect to hear from us by June 15. If you do not receive a response by that date, your application has not been selected at that time.
Applications may continue to be reviewed after this date based on space availability.
