About us
Brome Fair is one of the largest and most beloved agricultural fairs in Quebec, offering a unique blend of tradition, entertainment, and community spirit. Held annually over Labour Day weekend in the scenic village of Brome, the Fair features livestock shows, local food, live music, family-friendly attractions, and more. With deep roots in the region’s rural culture, Brome Fair continues to evolve while staying true to its mission of celebrating agriculture and bringing people together.
Who organizes Brome Fair?
The Brome Fair is organized by the Brome County Agricultural Society (BCAS), a non-profit organization founded over 170 years ago to support and promote agriculture in the region. BCAS operates year-round, driven by a dedicated Board of Directors, staff, grounds crew, over 25 specialized committees, and more than 150 volunteers. Their collective efforts ensure the smooth planning and delivery of the Fair each year, keeping its agricultural heart at the center of the experience.
